Abstract

Treatment of gingival recessions is a common practice in current periodontics, in addition, the demand for aesthetics has increased. Plenty of times; multiple gingival recessions, in need of treatment, face the shortcoming of insufficient connective tissue donor availability.

In the literature there are no reports for the treatment of multiple adjacent Miller class III gingival recessions in the anterosuperior area using a coronally positioned tunnel flap and allograft.

This document reports the treatment of multiple Miller class III gingival recessions with reduced keratinized tissue in an aesthetic compromised area using the coronally positioned tunnel flap with acellular dermal matrix.

Keywords: Gingival recessions, acellular dermal matrix, alloderm.
