Abstract

The osseous border reconstruction with titanium mesh together with autolog osseous grafting, is a predectible technique that permit improve the anatomic conditions that don’t permit the implant insertion or the adverse esthetic factors, specially in vertical bone defects. It show a case of one patient with a marked collapse of the anterior border in the maxilla, that it is subject to reconstruction using mesh and autolog osseous, and subsequently insert osseointegrated implantes and a fixed prosthetic of progressive load.

Key words: Autolog osseous grafting, titanium mesh, vertical bone defects.
